Police Blotter: Wallet Lost, Purse Stolen, Deer Struck

Calls to the Lake Saint Louis Police Department, June 29 - July 5.

The Lake Saint Louis Police Department does not include calls about fireworks on the weekly blotter unless they result in a report, but Assistant Chief Chris Digiuseppi confirmed to Patch that the department answered 51 calls about nuisance fireworks in Lake Saint Louis in the 7-10 days preceding the Fourth of July.

June 29:

  • A burglary was discovered on Picardy Drive and another on Rheims Court.
  • Domestic violence was reported on Cedar Bluff Drive.
  • An officer responded to Regatta Bay Court for information about a fraudulent use case.
  • A female subject was caught shoplifting on Fountain Grass Drive.
  • A wallet was reported lost on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard.
  • A deer was struck on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard, and officers were called to administer euthanasia.

June 30:

  • A male subject was arrested on Robert Raymond Drive for DWI, minor in possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The subject's blood alcohol content was later measured at .140%.
  • A fraudulent use of a credit device was reported on High Point Drive.
  • There was a larceny on Meadows Circle Drive.

July 1:

  • There was a shoplifting on Hawk Ridge Trail.
  • There was a theft from a building on Cognac Court.
  • Police responded to a report of stealing on Cognac Court.
  • An accident occurred on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard.

July 2:

  • There was a DWI on Highway N.
  • An accident occurred on Medical Drive.

July 3:

  • A vehicle left the scene of an accident on Savoy Drive.
  • A subject reported his girlfriend missing on Lakewood Drive. The female was later found, and was fine.
  • There was a burglary report on Picardy Drive.
  • A purse was stolen on Welsh Drive.
  • Unlocked vehicles were stolen from on Forest Park Circle.
  • Accident occurred on Harbor View Drive and South Henke Road.

July 4:

  • An accident occurred on Guyenne Drive.
  • There was a domestic assault on Fabius Drive.
  • Police responded to a report of property damage in progress on North Fox Hound Drive. A dark colored pickup had driven through the yard, and is currently unidentified. Damage was estimated at $250.

July 5:

  • A female driver was arrested for DWI on Lussac Court. The driver's blood alcohol content was measured at .153%.
  • There was a one-vehicle accident on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard. A car struck a metal island protector. No injuries.
  • Domestic violence was reported on Cedar Run Lane.
  • An accident occurred on Civic Center Drive.
  • Property damage was reported on Normandy Drive.
  • Police responded to Baise Court for a female subject suffering from a manic episode.
  • Property damage caused by fireworks was reported on Spring Day Court.
  • A domestic incident between a female and her ex-boyfriend was reported on Ronald Reagan Drive. It was detrimined to be verbal only, and no charges were made.
