Peace Disturbance

  • Lake St. Louis Police Officers responded to a business in the 800 block of Robert Raymond Drive for a report of a person lighting fireworks in the drive thru area of the restaurant. An 18-year-old male was issued summonses to court for peace disturbance and possession of fireworks.

DWI

  • A Lake Saint Louis Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on westbound Interstate 70 near the 212-mile marker for a vehicle failing to maintain a single lane. A 22-year-old female was arrested for driving while intoxicated-prior offender. The driver's BAC was later measured at .172 percent.
  • A 19-year-old man was arrested for driving while intoxicated/drugged, possession of marijuana, and minor in possession of intoxicant.

Stealing

  • Police responded to Walmart in reference to a delayed stealing. A 30-year-old male suspect was identified and the report will be forwarded to the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's office for application of charges.
  • Police arrested an 18-year-old female for stealing from TJ Maxx.
  • Police responded to Walmart located at 6100 Ronald Reagan in reference to a shoplifting. A 23-year-old female was arrested for stealing.

Burglary

  • A Lake Saint Louis Police Officer responded to the area of Lake Forest Circle for a report of a burglary just discovered. The investigation is ongoing.

Leaving the Scene of an Accident

  • Police responded to a vehicle crash on the parking lot of the Farmers Market, located on the grounds of the Meadows Shopping center. Two vehicles backing from their parking spaces ran into each other and one vehicle left the scene without contacting the other driver. The crash was not reported until approximately 45 minutes later, and there was no license plate number obtained from the vehicle the left the scene.
