said that the victim called Robles-LaFontaine and asked him if he wanted to buy marijuana. Robles-LaFontaine was with Sutton and Massey, who blamed the victim for getting them arrested in an earlier drug bust because he did not claim his drugs, police said.

Robles-LaFontaine arranged to meet the victim, and the three planned to beat and rob him when he arrived, according to the police report. The victim did not know Sutton and Massey would be with Robles-LaFontaine.

When the victim arrived with another person, Sutton instigated a fight with the man selling marijuana, police said. The second man told police that Robles-LaFontaine pointed a silver, Smith & Wesson .38 Special at his head and said, “Give me your money.”

The victim told police  he gave Robles-LaFontaine $5.

Robles-LaFontaine denied pointing the handgun at anyone or taking money. He said he pointed the gun at the ground and demanded the marijuana, according to the police report.

The first victim tried to run, but Robles-LaFontaine hit him with the handgun, the second victim told police. He also told police that during the assault, Sutton took $90 from the first victim’s pocket.

The victims said Massey did not participate in the assault. According to the police statement, Massey said he helped plan the robbery but decided not to participate.

Police said that Robles-LaFontaine texted Lunte at one point and asked her to take a book bag with the .38 Special out of his house, according to the report. Robles-LaFontaine then told police he used a bb gun during the robbery. He later admitted telling Lunte to hide the weapon.

Lunte told police she was scared and was trying to prevent her friends from getting in more trouble.

Bond for Robles-LaFontaine, Sutton and Massey was set at $150,000 each, cash only. Bond for Lunte was set at $20,000.
