Wentzville Pedestrian Is Struck in Hit and Run

The accident took place near Timberland High School.

An 18-year-old Wentzville man was injured in a hit and run accident on Route N near .

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident took place at 9:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30.

John C. Perry, 18, was walking westbound along Route N. The right front of an unknown vehicle struck Perry and then left the scene of the accident.

Perry sustained minor injuries. He was taken to Progress West in O'Fallon by private conveyance.

There is no information about the vehicle that struck him, according to the report.
