Wentzville Police Blotter: False Rape Report, Child Endangerment

Calls to the Wentzville Police Department, July 12 - 14.

Following is a list of reports taken by officers of the from Thursday, July 12 to Saturday, July 14.

July 12

  • An accidental injury was reported at 7:26 a.m. in the 700 block of South Church Street. The victim slipped and fell at church.
  • A derelict vehicle in the 100 block of Whisper Creek Drive was given a 15-day warning at 10 a.m.
  • Stealing was reported at 11:31 a.m. in the first block of Foster Lane. A prescription was stolen from a residence.
  • A burglary was reported at 11:40 a.m. in the 300 block of Fairview Summit Drive. A purse was stolen from a vehicle while is was parked in a garage.
  • Stealing was reported at at 11:52 a.m. Cherokee Cunningham, 20, and Desiree White, 20, were arrested for stealing clothing and cosmetics.
  • A DFS report was made at 3 p.m. in the 1900 block of West Pearce Boulevard.
  • A disturbance was reported at 5:18 pm. in the 400 block of Highland Meadow Place. The disturbance resulted from water from a sprinkler hitting a subject's driveway and car.
  • Stealing was reported at 10:10 p.m. at . Scott Furkin, 22, was arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle.
  • Property damage was reported at 11 p.m. in the 100 block of Marble Crossing Drive. A bb broke a window.
  • Domestic violence was reported at 11:30 p.m. in the 4300 block of Broken Rock Drive.

July 13

  • Stealing was reported at 2:04 a.m. in the 200 block of Old Chesapeake Drive. A juvenile was arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle.
  • Stealing was reported at 10:44 a.m. in the 1000 block of South Callahan Road. A homemade trailer valued at over $500 was stolen.
  • A derelict vehicle in the 300 block of Meyer Road was given a 15-day warning at 11:02 a.m.
  • A derelict vehicle in the 300 block of Meyer Road was given a 48-hour warning at 11:47 a.m.
  • Stealing was reported at 11:57 a.m. at U-Gas. A suspect left without paying for gasoline.
  • A derelict vehicle in the 500 block of Meyer Road was given a 15-day warning at 12:08 p.m.
  • A derelict vehicle in the 700 block of Scotti Avenue was given a 15-day warning at 12:17 p.m.
  • A derelict vehicle in the 600 block of Blumhoff Avenue was given a 15-day warning at 12:25 p.m.
  • A derelict vehicle in the 300 block of Park Lane was given a 15-day warning at 12:35 p.m.
  • A civil disturbance was reported at 1:24 p.m. at the on Continental Drive. Jennifer Colegrove, 37, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child.
  • A subject used a counterfeit $20 bill at Walmart at 6:58 p.m.
  • An auto accident was reported at 10:45 p.m. in the 2000 block of Village Glen Drive.

July 14

  • A fugitive was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on Hwy. Z at Interstate Drive. Courtney Beckenholdt, 20, was arrested as a minor in possession of alcohol and as a fugitive.
  • A DWI was reported at 2:18 a.m. in the 900 block of Wentzville Parkway.
  • An assault was reported in the 1400 block of Coco Place at 8:26 a.m. A boyfriend and girlfriend were fighting. Charges are pending.
  • An auto accident was reported at 10:12 a.m. on Rocky Mound Drive at West Meyer Road.
  • Stealing was reported at 2:32 p.m. at Walmart. Betty Gage, 44, and Marnishe Wiley, 19, were arrested for stealing TVs valued at over $500.
  • Property damage was reported at 6:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Parr Road. A tire was damaged.
  • A report of rape was made at 7:05 p.m. at the Econo Lodge on Continental Drive. The report was unfounded, and Kerry Kling, 44, was arrested for giving false information.
  • A disturbance was reported at 7:11 p.m. in the 600 block of Scotti Lane. Stephanie Allen, 21, and Shaun Wilga, 22, were arrested for domestic violence.
  • Domestic violence was reported at 11:02 p.m. in the 100 block of Langtree Drive.
