Wentzville Police Blotter: Money and Checkbook Stolen from Budget Inn Room

The following information was supplied by the Wentzville Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Burglary

• Electronics were stolen from a residence in the 1400 Plaza Place on Feb. 23. Police made no arrest.

Stealing

• A cell phone stolen and personal belongings were stolen by an unknown subject at 7 Wentzville Center on Feb. 24. The items stolen were more than $500. 
• Personal belongings were stolen from a vehicle in the 50 block of Wentzville Parkway on Feb. 24. The items were less than $500.
• A 22-year-old female was arrested for Burglary 2nd Degree in the 1100 block of Highway Z on Feb. 25. 
• Currency and a checkbook were stolen by an unknown subject on Feb. 26 at the Budget Inn in the 1200 block of Continental Drive. 

Trespassing

• A 56-year-old man was arrested for trespassing and failure to appear in court on Feb. 25. 

Suspicious circumstances

• Police responded to an incident involving a juvenile at Holt on Feb. 26.
