A Wentzville teenager was involved in a two-vehicle crash on Route D three miles north of Route DD.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 6:55 a.m. Friday, June 17.
Samantha G. Beilman, 17, Wentzville, was driving a 2001 Ford Focus when she failed to yield while exiting a private drive. She pulled into the path of a 2009 Ford van driven by Nicholas J. Saladino, 46, Marthasville, MO.

Saladino sustained moderate injuries. He was taken to Progress West Hospital by St. Charles County Ambulance.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts, according to the report.
