Wentzville Teenager in Two-Vehicle Accident
On Interstate 70 near Bryan Road in O'Fallon.
A teenager was involved in a two-vehicle accident Tuesday on Interstate 70, east of Bryan Road.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 7:15 a.m.
Ivey P. Rose, 18, , was driving a 1998 Chrysler Cirrus that was stopped for traffic when a 1994 Ford Taurus struck the rear of her car.

The Taurus was driven by Devon L. Hughes, 46, Wright City.
Hughes' occupant Leah T. Hughes, 15, Wright City, sustained minor injuries in the crash. She was taken to St. Joseph's by St. Charles County Ambulance.

No one else was injured.
Devon and Leah Hughes were not wearing seat belts, according to the report.
