A Wentzville woman was injured Nov. 15 in a two-vehicle accident on Interstate 70, east of Highway 370.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 4:55 p.m.
A 1999 Chevrolet Blazer driven by Daniel A. Ayals, 17, , lost its left rear wheel. The wheel traveled into the westbound lanes and struck the roof of a 2000 Toyota Camry, driven by Dorthy N. Clements, 59, .

Clements sustained moderate injuries. She was taken to Mercy Medical Center by St. Charles County Ambulance.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts, according to the report.
