Wentzville Woman Injured in I-70 Crash
Misty N. Snyder, 25, was injured in a crash that occurred when another driver swerved to avoid debris.
Misty N. Snyder of was westbound on Interstate 70 Friday afternoon about 2:25 p.m. when the Dodge Caravan she was driving was stuck by a driver swerving to avoid debris in the roadway, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
James D. Kramer, 27, of O'Fallon, was also westbound on I-70 in a 2000 Chevy Camaro. He swerved to avoid the debris, hitting Snyder's Caravan. Both vehicles then struck the concrete median wall.
Kramer's car re-entered traffic and was hit by a truck driven by Gantt D. Patterson of Aurora, IL.

Snyder was taken to St. Joseph Health Center with minor injuries. Kramer and a passenger in his car, Melissa A. Kramer, 20, also suffered minor injuries and were taken to St. Joseph's.
All of the drivers and passengers involved were wearing safety belts.
