Wentzville Woman Injured in One-Car Accident on I-64
Glenna Head was westbound near Route N before she lost control of the car.
Glenna L. Head, 26, of Wentzville received minor injuries in a one-car accident on I-64 Tuesday.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Head was westbound on I-64 east of Route N when she lost control of her vehicle. It traveled off the right hand side of the road, striking the guardrail, then back into the roadway. The vehicle then crossed the westbound lanes, went through the median and into the eastbound lanes.
The car went back into the median and came to rest.

Head was transported to . She was not wearing a safety belt. Her car, a 2004 Kia Optima, received moderate damage.
