The request is to vary the paving requirements of Section 405.255.A to allow an existing gravel parking surface to remain in lieu of required asphalt or concrete pavement. The site is located east of the terminus of Dale Avenue, approximately 700 feet south of E. Pitman Avenue, with an address of 2305 Markoe Avenue.
