NEW BUSINESS
  • Kendall Newborn of American Signs and Electric, applicant on behalf of the property owner, THF Realty, is requesting a variance from Section 405.625.A.2 - Commercial and Industrial Signage - Attached Signs.  The request is to allow a second primary attached sign on this leased unit frontage. The site is located internal to the property on the southwest corner of Bear Creek Dr. and W. Pearce Blvd, with an address of 1247 W. Pearce Blvd.
  • Susan Davis of Bill Davis, Inc., applicant on behalf of the property owners, Tracy and Mary Jo Everhart, is requesting a variance from Section 405.150.D.9.D - I-2 Heavy Industrial Zoning District - Regulations and Performance Standards - Design Standards - Front Façade. The request is to vary the front façade design standard requiring brick, stone or masonry material upon 30 percent of the front facade facing a public street for a proposed accessory structure. The property is located on the west side of Enterprise Drive approximately 600 feet north of Sachs Business Parkway, with an address of 152 Enterprise Dr.
