Tonight's discussions will include a new police record reporting system, special use permits and zoning designations.

5:30 p.m. Joint Work Session of the Administration and Finance Committees:

  • Annual Asphalt Preservation Program

At the 7 p.m. Board of Aldermen meeting, there will be public hearings for the following items, with a three-minute limit for comments from residents:

  • Renewal of the special use permit for two temporary modular classroom units at
  • A special use permit to operate a daycare facility to be known as Lake Saint Louis Academy, located at 11210 Veterans Memorial Parkway
  • A zoning amendment to ratify the zoning district designation of HC (Highway Commercial) for Gregory and Diane Brannon’s property annexed into the City on January 18, 2011
  • A zoning amendment to ratify the zoning district designation of HC (Highway Commercial) for Griffith Acquisitions, L.L.C. property annexed into the City on January 18, 2011.

  • A grant application to the U.S. Department of Justice for funding for bulletproof vests on behalf of the City of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri
  • A contract to Cole and Associates as a design consultant for Freymuth Road sidewalk construction
  • A second, one-year renewal option with Corrective Asphalt Materials, LLC for services related to annual asphalt pavement preservation services
  • A pre-annexation agreement with Rhodes Properties, LC.
  • A budget revision
  • Establishing the zoning district designation HC (Highway Commercial) and permitting additional land uses not generally permitted in the HC (Highway Commercial) zoning district for 9.89 acres generally located east of Lake Saint Louis Boulevard, southwest of Interstate 64 and north of state Highway N.
  • Establishing the zoning district designation HC (Highway Commercial) for 11.583 acres generally located southwest of Interstate 64, east of state Highway N and north of Hawk Ridge Trail.
  • Acceptance of streets in the Prospect Village residential subdivision and the stormwater collection system serving the lots
  • A special use permit for the continued use of two modular classroom units at Green Tree Elementary
