What is the primary reason you are running for this office?  I would like to continue my role in representing the city of Lake Saint Louis as I have done for the past six years as a responsible manager, watchdog, long term planner, and the people’s voice in connecting the role of government to resident values.

What will be your single most important priority if you get elected? Planning for a prosperous and healthy future for all residents, stewardship of our resources, and the building and preservation of our unique community.

What sets you apart from other candidates? EXPERIENCE,LEADERSHIP, VISION: I have served this city for 10 years in volunteer and elected status with a commitment to make what government does more vivid and concrete and less confused with politics and partnerships. I have a Bachelors degree for St. Louis University in Business administration, and I have over 35 years in Operations management.

How long have you lived in Lake Saint Louis? I have lived in Lake St. Louis for over 15 years.

What's your favorite thing about Lake Saint Louis? It’s like being on vacation every day. When my two daughters ask me to move with them to Florida , my response is—Why, when I have everything right here in Lake Saint Louis!

What issues do you see facing Lake Saint Louis in the future? Continue/expand the program we have started to put our streets on a regular cycle of maintenance and continue to correct our stormwater problems. Maintain a conservative budget while researching paths to find ways to fund these projects into the future without increasing the tax burden on our residents. Although we have added new jobs to our city, we need to increase that figure. We have a perfect location for this kind of development on the west side of I-64 to continue the expansion of available jobs in our community. Start the planning process for the 35 acres of ground donated to the city by a developer. It will be a passive park that will have trails and will provide our residents an opportunity to enjoy a walk in a peaceful setting.
