CANDIDATE QUESTIONS

1. What is the primary reason you are running for this office?

Wentzville is at a crossroads in this election and I am a proven leader who can address fixing roads, smart growth, growing our city parks, and using our tax dollars efficiently.

2. What will be your single most important priority if you get elected?

Streets – whether that be the need for more to alleviate congestion, or repairing the ones we have.

3. What sets you apart from the other candidates?

Experience and leadership – I have served three years on the Planning and Zoning Commission and 14 years on the Board of Aldermen. I have experience as a Plant Manager and was elected by the Board of Aldermen to serve as President of the Board for seven terms.

4. How long have you lived in Wentzville?

42 years

5. What's your favorite thing about Wentzville?

When I go shopping at our local retailers, people wave and are friendly. It makes me feel I’m always at home.

6. What is the biggest problem in Wentzville?

Streets – whether that be the need for more to alleviate congestion or repairing the ones we have.

7. What is your vision for Wentzville?

As mayor I will work toward:

  • Creating jobs while maintaining the ones we have
  • Accelerating road construction to relieve traffic congestion
  • Creating more economically efficient city government
  • Improving communication between citizens, business and city hall
