What is the primary reason you are running for this office?  I am running in order to make sure that there will be infrastructure money available.  At the present time I am concerned there is not enough money available to take care of our City's infrastructure.

What will be your single most important priority if you get elected?  I want to make sure that our tax levy stays as low as possible.

What sets you apart from other candidates?  I will not vote for a real estate tax increase during these tough times or until we are compared to Cities that are comparable to Lake Saint Louis and not the 24 other Cities that we are now being compared to, Cities like Chesterfield, Clayton, Town & Country, St. Charles, St. Peters, O'Fallon, etc.

How long have you lived in Lake Saint Louis? 28 years

What's your favorite thing about Lake Saint Louis? I feel safer and more secure in LSL than any other place I have ever lived.

What issues do you see facing Lake Saint Louis in the future?  Real Estate taxes being so high that it will put a burden on present home owners and discourage future families from moving here.
