When residents dial the hotline number, they will be greeted by the voice of a city staff member who will announce the meeting date the agenda relates to, followed by a list of items scheduled for that meeting.

What residents won’t be greeted by is a mechanical, synthesized voice or a menu of numbers to push before they can get the information they seek. If no meeting is scheduled for the following Wednesday, residents will hear that announcement when they call the hotline.
