Concrete Slab Replacement To Start June 11 in Lake Saint Louis

(The Lake Saint Louis Department of Public Works issued the following press release on June 1.)

Beginning on June 11, J.M. Marscheutz will be performing Concrete Panel Replacement on Fox Trail Drive, Sailor Court, Stone Falcon Court and Windsurfer Court in Lake Saint Louis.

The work will consist of replacing rejected concrete panels that were installed under the previous years panel replacement program. These slabs are under warranty, and this work is being completed at no cost to the city.  This project is expected to be completed in two weeks and affected residents will be notified with door hangers prior to the commencement of work on their street.

Access on the roadways will be maintained but may be restricted for construction between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.  Residents who will have their driveways restricted because of concrete panel replacement at their driveway entrance will be given at least 48 hours notice prior to construction.

Parking on the street during the construction hours will be prohibited.  The City asks any resident planning to be away from home for an extended period of time to move their vehicles into his or her driveway or make other arrangements for the storage of their vehicles.
