'Healthplex' Planned at West Meyer and Wentzville Parkway
The Wentzville Board of Aldermen will consider a site plan for the proposed new development at its Wed., Oct. 9 meeting.
SSM Health Care is asking for approval of a site plan for the "SSM Healthcare Wentzville Healthplex," a new development in the southwest corner of West Meyer Road and Wentzville Parkway.
The 25,170 square-foot building will accommodate medical offices and emergency hospital use. A helipad is also proposed for the site.
City staff noted in its initial consideration of the plan that the building would actually straddle two properties with different zoning. Since then, the zoning has been changed so that both properties are now zoned C-2 General Commercial. SSM Health Care will also have to file an adjustment that will merge the two properties into one.
