Family: I have been married to Cindy(Paige)Peanick for 38 years. We have been blessed with four children James III, Kelly, Andrew and Patrick. We also have six grandchildren. 
Education: Graduate of St. Dominic High School O'Fallon 1974
Occupation: Journeyman Carpenter for 37 years.
Previous elected office: Alderman City of Flint Hill 
Number of years living in the Wentzville Fire Protection District: 27 years

1. What is the primary reason you are running for this office?     
As a tax paying citizen who is not influenced by any special interest group, I want to make sure the needs of Fire District are addressed.

2. What will be your single most import priority if you get elected?    
I will work to make sure that our Firefighters/Paramedics have the necessary training and equipment to protect our families in times of need.

3. What's your favorite thing about the Wentzville Fire Protection District?    I am proud of the effort and the sacrifice of all the past and present volunteers and paid firefighters who built the Wentzville Fire Protection District into what we have today.

4. What is the biggest problem you see in the Wentzville Fire Protection District?   
That a special interest group is trying to control the way the fireboard conducts business.

5. What is your vision for the Wentzville Fire Protection board?   
The fire district serves six different cities plus unincorporated areas of St. Charles County. I would like to see expanding the old 3 member board into a 5 member board for a better representation of our large district.
