Lake Saint Louis Architectural Review Board Notes, June 14

What new projects are in the works in Lake Saint Louis neighborhoods?

The Lake Saint Louis Architectural Review Board (ARB), according to the city's website, "meets to review and approve all new residential construction."

The description goes on to say that for the general welfare of the city, buildings and structures must conform to certain minimum architectural standards of appearance, and surrounding natural environment and existing structures.

"Undesirable structures negatively affect the property values and the welfare of the city," the website says.
