  • A public hearing on a preliminary subdivision plat on 2.073 acres and located south of Interstate 70, east of Ellerman Road, north of Savoy Drive, and west of Deloire Drive
  • An ordinance adopting an official Plan Of Intent 2011-02 for future expansion and development for the City of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.
  • An ordinance providing for the extension of the city limits by embracing and including unincorporated real property located in the county of St. Charles, state of Missouri, lying north of the present southern city limits line of the City of Lake Saint Louis
  • An ordinance to authorize the renewal of the fifth year of a five-year contract for fiscal year audits for the city
  • An ordinance amending the municipal code concerning the false alarm service charge
  • An ordinance calling for a municipal election to be held on April 3, 2012 for the involuntary annexations of two parcels of unincorporated land to be annexed into Lake Saint Louis
  • An ordinance imposing a sales tax to provide funding for stormwater control and calling for an election for the approval of such tax
