Lake Saint Louis Board to Discuss Parking Restrictions in Fox Trail Subdivision

The Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen meets at 5:30 p.m. Monday night for a public work session. The regular meeting begins at 7 p.m.

On the agenda for the 5:30 work session at the (city hall):

  • Fiscal Year 2012/13 Budget Recommendations
  • Decorative Hawk Ridge Shopping Center Street Pavement Preservation
  • Request for LSL to Help Fund I-70 Corridor Congestion Study
  • Proposed No Parking Cognac and Champagne Streets
  • Proposed Mobile Food Vendor

On the agenda for the 7 p.m. board of aldermen meeting:

  • Mayor Potter will proclaim the period of May 13 to 19, 2012 Salvation Army Week in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.
  • A second public hearing will be held on the amended site plan to allow the .
  • An ordinance authorizing the disposal of a surplus vehicle
  • An ordinance to restrict parking in parts of Fox Trail subdivision.
  • An ordinance for an intergovernmental agreement for the management of the Gateway Green Light Program-St. Charles County.
  • An ordinance establishing a special tax levy for the year 2011 unpaid weed violations

  • Planning & Zoning Commission – Alderman Schweikert
  • Architectural Review Board – Alternating Aldermen (Vennard, Rich,             Sidebottom, Morris and Zito) Mayor Potter and Alderman Schweikert as back-up
  • Board of Adjustment – Alderman Morris and Alderman Zito
  • Building Appeals Board – Alderman Rich and Alderman Morris
  • Park Board – Alderman Vennard
  • Tree Board – Alderman Rich and Alderman Morris
  • Green Environmental Advisory Committee – Alderman Schweikert
  • Community Association – Alternating Board of Aldermen Members

The board will also present a resolution commending and congratulating Lieutenant Patrick Doering on his graduation from the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy.
