Stormwater repairs are planned to coincide with the lowering of the lake.

The Community Association plans to lower the Lake Saint Louis from October 15, 2013 to January 1, 2014, prompting the projects, which will be undertaken by J.H. Berra Construction Company. Preliminary construction activities, such as tree removal, are expected to begin in early October, with pipe replacements taking place once the lake has been lowered.
