Nothing remains of the old maintenance shed in Boulevard Park.
The old city maintenance building in Boulevard Park is gone.
The city contracted with Marschel Wrecking, LLC to demolish the building. "It's not done yet," Parks and Recreation Director Tim Vannatta said. With weather issues preventing completion of the job, there is still work to do with grading and seeding the site.
When asked how old the building was, Vannatta laughed. "I have no idea how long it's been there. My guess would be thirty to forty years."

The old building was vacated after Public Works moved to the new facility at 307 Parkway Industrial Drive.
