  • Jeff Ellefson, applicant on behalf of the property owners, Jeff, Karen and Jacqueline Ellefson, are requesting approval of an Amended Final Development Plan for E Acres associated with the approval of Ordinance 3075. The site is located on the north side of Highway N, approximately 2,000 feet east of Wilmer Road, with an addresses of 327, 349 and 357 Highway N.
