Planning, Zoning Board to Meet Thursday

The Wentzville Planning and Zoning Commission is slated to meet at 6 p.m. Thursday at Wentzville City Hall. 

Items on the agenda include:

PUBLIC HEARINGS
  • Phil Fanara of , applicant on behalf of the property owner, Lou Malamas of THF Wentzville Development, LLC, are requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit associated with expansion of Outdoor Storage and Display of garden supplies for Wal-Mart. The site is located at 1971 Wentzville Parkway.
  • Cory Atkinson, applicant on behalf of the property owner, Charles Harris is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Outdoor Storage and Display for Go Buddy Campers. The site is located at 2182 E. Pitman Avenue.
  • Jeff Zornes, applicant on behalf of the property owner, Larry Larsen, is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Preowned Vehicle Sales for Revolution Motors. The site is located at 12526 Veteran's Memorial Parkway.
