St. Charles County P&Z to Consider 120-Foot Cell Tower on West Meyer

The application for the tower goes before the commission on June 20.

At their June 20 meeting, the St. Charles County Planning and Zoning Commission will be considering a conditional use permit for a 120-foot telecommunications tower on West Meyer Road.

The application is being made by Chris Puricelli of St. Charles Tower, Inc., on behalf of the owners, James Robert and Mary A. Cummings.

The tower would be located on property at 1722-1732 West Meyer Road, on the south side of West Meyer about 550 feet west of May Road. The 4.046 acres is currently zoned A, Agricultural District.

The meeting will be held at the County Council Chambers on the third floor of 100 N. Third Street in St. Charles at 7 p.m.
