Wentzville Aldermen to Meet Wednesday

Two executive sessions are planned.

The Wentzville Board of Aldermen is slated to meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at .

  • Chris DeGuentz of Fischer and Frichtel Custom Homes, LLC, Applicant on Behalf of the Property Owner, Kurt Hunter of STRAQR Long Term Properties II, LLC is Requesting an Amended Final Development Plan for Cimarron Village a Area. The site is located Southeast of the intersection of Interstate Dr. and Cimarron Valley Trail.
  • Thomas Widel of Widel and Sons Paving, LLC, Applicant and Property Owner, is Requesting a Conditional Use Permit for Outdoor Storage of Equipment for Widel and Sons Paving, LLC. The site is located at 1035 S. Callahan Road. There is a request to table by Applicant.
  • City of Wentzville, Applicant is Applying for Text Amendments Within Individual Sections of Chapter 405 Zoning Regulations of the City of Wentzville Municipal Code Associated with Standards of Article II “Rules and Definitions”, Article IV “Schedule of District Regulations”, Article V “Supplementary District Regulations”, and Article XIV “Signs”; and Chapter 410 Subdivision Regulations of the City of Wentzville Municipal Code Associated with Standards of Article V “Subdivision Design Standards.”
