Wentzville School District is seeking a variance.
The Wentzville Board of Adjustment is slated to meet tonight at 6:30 p.m. at Wentzville City Hall.

- Steve Rolwes of Bax Engineering, applicant on behalf of the property owner, Kari Monsees, , is requesting a Variance from Section 405.255.A - Design Requirements - Surface Material. The request is to vary the paving requirements of Section 405.255.A to allow a gravel drive in lieu of required asphalt or concrete drive. The site is located at 405 Campus Drive.
The meeting is open to the public.
