• Recognition of the new Directors as appointed by the Wentzville Board of Aldermen and mayor at the May 11 regular Board of Aldermen meeting
• Directors’ Oath of Office
• President and Treasurer’s report on the activities and financial condition of the corporation
• Resolution 2011-01 — Appointing the 2011 Officers
• Officers’ oath of office
• Resolution 2011-02 — Authorizing amendments to the corporation’s bylaws to amend how a meeting of the directors is called and to clarify compliance with the Sunshine Law
• Resolution 2011-03 — Authorizing and Directing the Corporation’s registered agent to a take all actions necessary to file the 2011 Annual Registration Report with the Missouri Secretary of State
• Resolution 2011-04 — Ratifying all prior acts, actions, and things done in the name and on behalf of the Corporation during the previous years
