The regular meeting of the Wentzville Board of Aldermen is scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 13.

At the meeting, public hearings will be held for:

  • A conditional use permit for a Hertz rental facility on Swantnerville Industrial Drive and the I-70 South Service Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval with the conditions that no more than 12 vehicles could be displayed for rent, and those could only be passenger cars and light trucks.
  • A conditional use permit for liquor by the drink and indoor gaming for Hotshots, and also a site plan for the construction on the west side of Hwy. Z at 49 Wentzville Bluffs Drive. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval.

  • A conditional use permit to allow used motor vehicle sales at 503 W. Pearce. Only two parking spaces were requested for the use of Miguel's Auto Sales, which would share the lot with Los Portales Mexican Restaurant and grocery. Planning and Zoning tabled the request when a resident posed questions about screening and the applicant was not present to address them.
