The company provides municipalities with interim managers for short periods of time, which allows the community to focus on finding a permanent city administrator. The company would provide the names of two or three candidates, and the city would incur no cost unless they picked one of them.

Cost for the interim city administrator would be based on the city's budget for the position, and on the experience of the person the city selected. The interim manager would remain an employee of Interim Public Managment, who would be responsible for benefits.
