Going Green for Health and Home

If you have ever wondered what it means to “go green” and how it can benefit your home, your health and the planet, join Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital expert Linda Therkildsen, DO, family medicine, as she shares helpful tips at a Dining with the Doctor Lunch and Learn Series: Going Green for Health and Home, on Wednesday, April 20, noon-1 p.m., at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital.

While enjoying lunch with the doctor, participants will learn about applying ways to go green such as using chemical free cosmetics and cleaning products, carbon neutral products, eco-friendly clothing, the importance of including antioxidants and raw food sources in our diets. Participants are also encouraged to ask questions regarding the best ways to live healthy.
