  • The has work continuing on fencing and grading and seeding issues with some of detention ponds, which are not holding water. The latest test result on the moisture content of the shop floor is still high at 5.7, which is too high for the concrete sealant to be applied. The heat was even turned on in hopes of getting the test results down to 3.0. The district is considering the use of a different sealant, which is considerably more expensive but can be applied to concrete at higher moisture levels. The fuel system has been purged and filled, and they are continuing to work through the inspection list.
  • More work must be done at Pearce Hall. Some unexpected drain lines were uncovered that have created wet soil problems.
