Timberland Drama Students Present “Murder at Crooked House”

The show, a parody of a classic murder mystery, will run on Oct. 11, 12, and 13.

(The following press release was submitted by Wentzville School District.)

The cast and crew of Timberland Theatre will present Murder at Crooked House, Book by Tim Kelly Music and Lyrics by Bill Francoeur on Oct. 11-13.

This parody of a classic murder mystery is one of the funniest musicals to come to Timberland High School. It has all of the suspense of a murder mystery and all the comedy of a classic sit-com.

The action takes place at the home of Rebecca Fitzwilliam, played by Kaci Manley. The famous Hoboken detective Hercules Porridge, played by Zack Broeker, attempts to solve the mysterious crimes that occur at Crooked House with no help from Detective Bobby (Ian Fitzpatrick) and Policewoman Mulligan (Lauren Cole).

The blackmail, suspense, and twists will keep you on the edge of your seats while the laughs will have you rolling in the aisles!  Additional cast include:

Shirley - Brooke Spires
Fay - Phoebe Holtsclaw
Anguish - Tyler Hall
Mark - Adam Loehr
Penny - Madi Bell
Jeeves - Terrence Mickens
Bridget - Brooke Hallisey
Leon/Bum - Jacob Overton
Col. Chutney - Derrick Lee
Delivery Person - Kristen Belange

The show is guided by stage manager Brendan Woods and assistant stage managers Andrew Berg and Julie Riendeau.  This zany show opens October 11 at 7:30 p.m. and runs Oct. 12 and Oct. 13 at 7:30 pm.  Tickets are $6 for Adults and $5 for Students. Senior Citizens are guests of Timberland High School.
