Wentzville Schools Name Teachers of the Year

Each school in the district has chosen a Teacher of the Year who will be in the running for the district's Teacher of the Year.

Each school in the has chosen its Teacher of the Year.

"The voting for the building teacher of the year is done by the staff at the building," said Matt Deichmann, Director of Community Relations for the district.

The District Teacher of the Year will be selected by a panel of central office administrators and the reigning District Teacher of the Year. That teacher goes on to the statewide competition, which is run by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Deichmann said.
