It's Time for the Blind Turkey Toss

Event is this Saturday at Quail Ridge Park.

Compete for cash prizes, trophies and a Thanksgiving turkey at the 9th Annual Blind Turkey Toss Disc Golf Glow Tournament at in Wentzville at 5:30 p.m. Saturday. 

Using baskets lined with glow sticks to mark the course, a shotgun start will begin the 18-hole contest. Trophies will be awarded for first-, second- and third-place finishers in the tournament. 

In addition, there will be a “blind toss,” and the closest to the basket wins a frozen Thanksgiving turkey. A limited number of glow sticks will be available for purchase prior to the event. The tournament is open to the first 72 registered contestants.

The entry fee for this individual tournament is $10. Registrations will be accepted from 4:30-5:15 p.m. the day of the tournament at Shelter #2 inside the park.
