River City Rascals Release 2012 Schedule

At 7:05 p.m., the defending West Division champion and three-time Frontier League championship game finalists will take the field for the first time in 2012. The Rascals recently released the schedule for the upcoming season, and fans will be happy to know the 14th season in Rascal history kicks off at .

The Rascals will play its first six games of the season at home and 12 of the first 15 of the year. 

With two new teams joining the Frontier League in 2012—London, Ontario and Schaumburg, IL,—fans will get a chance to see some new faces at the ball park. The two new clubs also means revised divisions.

The three-time West Division champs will square off with the Gateway Grizzles, Normal CornBelters, Rockford RiverHawks, Windy City ThunderBolts, Joliet Slammers and the new Schaumburg club for the West Division crown.
