Ladies Spa Day in Wentzville

  • When/Where? Saturday, June 16 at 9 a.m. at , 1507 Highway Z, Wentzville.

Free Outdoor Showing of “The Lorax” at SCC

  • When/Where? Friday, June 15 at 8 p.m. at , 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Dr., in St. Peters.  
  • What?  The SCC Friends and Alumni and Student Activities are hosting a free outdoor movie this weekend. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and see Dr. Seuss' “The Lorax” on the lawn outside the Technology Building. Free popcorn is available, and beverages and other snacks will be available to purchase. Outdoor Movie in New Town

  • When/Where? Friday, June 15 at 8 p.m. _at 3544 Galt House Dr., St. Charles.
  • What? New Town will show outdoor movies during the summer in the amphitheatre. Show starts at sundown. This week, bring the family out to see Captain America.

Cystic Fibrosis Cycle for Life

  • When/Where? Saturday, June 16 at 7 a.m. at , 900 T R Hughes Boulevard, O Fallon.
  • What? Volunteers and cyclists gather for this event to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Registration starts at 7:00 a.m. and the ride starts at 8:00 a.m. Cost is $35 the day of the ride. Required Fundraising Minimum $165.

Living Green Expo and Free Electronic Recycling Event

  • When/Where? Saturday, June 16 at 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at , 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Dr., St. Peters.
  • What? The public is invited to come learn about living a "greener" lifestyle. Free electronic recycling will be provided onsite for a $10 fee. Guests will also view hybrid vehicles without having to visit multiple dealerships. Family-friendly exhibits such as a community recycled art project, face painting and Segway rides from the St. Louis Science Center will be on display. A tree planting ceremony in recognition of the college’s 25th anniversary will kick-off the event at 10 a.m. in the SCC Campus Plaza.

Park It For Autism

  • When/Where? Saturday, June 16 at 9:30 a.m. at Highway N and Fifth St., Cottleville.
  • What? This event sponsored by Narrow Gate Wellness will allow guests to  practice Holy Yoga at Legacy Park. Participants are encouraged to bring a Yoga mat and water.  Donations will benefit The Center For Autism Education.

Wiffle Ball Tournament

  • When/Where? Saturday, June 16 at 6 p.m. at , 2577 W Meyer Rd., Wentzville.
  • What? Residents ages 16 and older are invited to play in a wiffle ball tournament this Saturday. All equipment is provided. This is a double elimination tournament and the winning team receives a first place trophy. Cost is $55.

EMS Cares Hog Roast Fundraiser

  • When/Where? Saturday, June 16 at 11 p.m. at 7941 Mexico Rd., St. Peters.
  • What? This event sponsored by EMS Cares features games for kids, a climbing rock wall, an Arch helicopter and more. Food and drinks are offered for $5 and $3. The proceeds help benefit financial and emotional support to the families of fallen emergency care providers.

Erin Bode, David Halen and the Innsbrook Institute Musicians

  • When/Where? Sunday, June 17 at 8 p.m. at , 520 N Main Center in St. Charles.
  • What? Hear the sounds of local singer Erin Bode, and Concertmaster of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, David Halen. The performance includes music from Rogers and Hammerstein, Jerome Kern, Irving Berlin, and Frank Loesser. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Cost is $35.
