A Foley man was injured in the crash.
Richard A. Bauer, 47, of Wentzville, was westbound on Highway 47 in Lincoln County Tuesday morning in a Peterbilt truck when he was involved in a two-car accident, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported. A 2009 Subaru Forester driven by Carl L. Anderson, 63, of Foley, was southbound on Route EE. Anderson failed to yield to Bauer, and the truck struck the front left of the Subaru. Anderson sustained minor injuries and was transported by Lincoln County Ambulance to SSM St. Joseph Hospital West. Anderson was wearing a safety belt. His vehicle was totaled in the crash. Bauer was uninjured, and his truck sustained moderate damage.

Patricia J. Lacroix was eastbound on I-64 in heavy traffic Tuesday morning.
Lavern D. Passmore, 75, of Camden Point, MO was eastbound on I-64 in heavy traffic Tuesday morning. Passmore, driving a 2010 Chevy Cobalt, was following too close and did not notice that traffic was stopped ahead of him, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported. Passmore's Chevy struck the rear of a 2010 Mazda 6 driven by Wesley McVey, 33, of Troy. McVey, in turn, struck the back of a 2012 Jeep Laredo driven by Patricia J. Lacroix, 62, of Lake Saint Louis. Lacrois sustained moderate injuries and was transported to SSM St. Joseph Hospital West. She was wearing a safety belt. McVey and Passmore were not injured in the collisions, although both their vehicles were extensively damaged. Lacroix's Jeep received minor damage.

Donald Thomason traveled off the right side of the Interstate 64 across a private drive and struck a utility pole before suffering serious injuries, authorities say.
A 53-year-old man from Lake Saint Louis was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries he suffered from a single-car accident on Thursday afternoon. Donald Thomason was driving just after 4 p.m. eastbound on Hwy 40, just east of Lake Saint Louis Boulevard, when he travelled off the right side of the road, across a private drive and struck a utility pole. Thomason was immediately taken to Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur by a St. Charles County ambulance. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, he was wearing a safety device. Thomason's car, a 1995 GMC Safari, had extensive damage.

Sabrina K. Frey, 33, of Wentzville was seriously injured in a one-car accident Wednesday morning, Aug. 8, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported. Frey was driving a 1997 Dodge Dakota eastbound on Route N west of Klaas Lane at 10:20 a.m. Frey was unable to stay in the traffic lane and traveled off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle then went through a fence and struck a tree. Frey was transported to Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur by St. Charles County EMS. She was not wearing a safety belt.

Misty N. Snyder, 25, was injured in a crash that occurred when another driver swerved to avoid debris.
Misty N. Snyder of Wentzville was westbound on Interstate 70 Friday afternoon about 2:25 p.m. when the Dodge Caravan she was driving was stuck by a driver swerving to avoid debris in the roadway, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported. James D. Kramer, 27, of O'Fallon, was also westbound on I-70 in a 2000 Chevy Camaro. He swerved to avoid the debris, hitting Snyder's Caravan. Both vehicles then struck the concrete median wall. Kramer's car re-entered traffic and was hit by a truck driven by Gantt D. Patterson of Aurora, IL. Snyder was taken to St. Joseph Health Center with minor injuries. Deanna L. Hines, 51, was injured Fri., July 20 in a three-car crash on eastbound Interstate 70 at the 191.2 mile marker in Warren County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported. A 2012 Chevy truck driven by Elijio Gonzalez, 36, of Kansas City and a 2008 GMC Arcadia driven by Paul L. Emily B. Herberger, 16, of Foristell, died Monday night after a crash on Highway N. Alivia A. Nolting, 16, of Wentzville, a passenger in the car, was injured. Nolting was wearing a seat belt. Herberger was not. Herberger was driving a 2010 Chevy Camaro westbound on Highway N east of Ellerman Oaks Drive at 11:09 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported. The vehicle exited the left side of the roadway and struck a mailbox, overturned and struck a roadway sign. It then crossed back over the road and left the roadway on the right side before coming to rest upright. Herberger was pronounced dead at the scene by St. Charles County EMS personnel. Nolting was taken to SSM St. Joseph Hospital West with moderate injuries.

Three cars were involved in a crash early Sunday morning that shut down westbound I-70 in St. Charles County.
Four people were injured in a car crash early Sunday morning on Interstate 70 in St. Charles County. Just after 1 a.m. on July 15, three vehicles were involved in a crash just east of Cave Springs Boulevard. on I-70. According to the crash report, 26-year-old Jeremiah Fallon, of Wentzville, attempted to make a lane change and struck another car—a 2010 Dodge Caravan driven by 18-year-old Reinbeck, IA, resident Tara Walker. After the collission, Fallon's 2007 Honda Civic crossed all the lanes of I-70 and struck the traffic barrier. The car returned to the roadway and began to spin clockwise. Burzio, 46, was involved in a two-car accident on the Blanchette Bridge that sent a total of seven people to the hospital with minor to moderate injuries. Burzio was eastbound on I-70 over the bridge at 3:20 p.m. when a 2003 Chevy Tahoe driven by Ryan M. Merrifield, 18, of Maryland Heights changed lanes to the left. The left front of Merrifield's vehicle struck the front right of Burzio's. Both cars then struck the left concrete median barrier.
