Dine Out for a Cure Is Tomorrow

Fifteen restaurants in St. Charles County will be donating a portion of their proceeds to the St. Louis affiliate of the Susan G. Komen foundation.

This Thursday, local diners will have the chance to not only enjoy a great meal, but also to donate to an organization that has pledged to end breast cancer forever. Several area restaurants are participating in Dine Out for the Cure, an event that benefits the St. Louis affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. On their website, the organization pledges "to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to find the cures." More than 150 participating restaurants will donate a portion of their proceeds from the day. Each of these St. Charles locations has pledged 20 percent of their proceeds from lunch, dinner or both.
