Yes, I am focusing more and more on autumnal recipes. With each season brings new opportunities for adventure, and and fall is no exception. Let's take a look at what September brings to table along with increasingly cold temperatures. To begin, start getting in the mood for trout. Of course you may have been fishing all summer long, but trout appears in its greatest abundance during the autumn months, making it a great September dish. Trout is an extremely flavorful fish that can be eaten many different ways. If you can't cook it over a campfire the day you catch it (the best option in my opinion), or within a couple of days, you'll definitely want to freeze it.
