I'm not familiar with Mr. Carter, but the recent negative comments of Judge Martin make me question alot about Mr. Carter. i have known Judge Martin both professionally and locally in the community for a number of years and without any proof to support the mud and negativity, I think everyone should ask themselves if this is what they want sitting on the bench.
