Foristell Man Indicted For Performing Sex Act on Sleeping Wentzville Victim
A St. Charles County grand jury decided Friday there is enough evidence for the case to proceed to trial.
A Foristell man was indicted Friday by a St. Charles County grand jury after being accused of performing a sex act on a sleeping man. Nathaniel Dickherber, 23, of the 10200 block of Forest Trails in Foristell, is charged with deviate sexual assault. St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputies said a group of people gathered in the 1300 block of Josephville Road in Josephville Feb. 2 to play cards. Deputies said there was casual drinking throughout the night and all parties went to bed. A Wentzville man told investigators he was asleep on a couch and awoke about 6:15 a.m. Feb. 3 to find Dickherber performing a sex act on him.
