KSDK Channel 5 reported Friday night that Wentzville School District Superintendent Dr. Terry Adams sent a note to district parents Friday about an unsubstantiated rumor of a shooting threat at Holt High School on Dec. 21. Given the tragic events in Connecticut today, Holt High School administrators and District officials would like to make you aware of the rumors circulating about a threat involving a student with a gun coming to school on Friday, December 21. We want to let parents and students know that no credible threat has been received by school officials, but a thorough investigation is being conducted by District administrators and local law enforcement. Ok I have changed my position, my daughter will be attending Friday. Just received another well worded email from WSD Superintendent Dr. Adams, plus my daughter said there were police all over the school yesterday protecting the kids. WAY TO STEP UP WSD AND WPD. more ›
