A Maryland Heights man is accused of breaking into a series of storage areas and travel trailers at facilities in Wentzville and St. Charles. David Kellerman, 40, of the 2100 block of Butterfield Drive in Maryland Heights, was charged Wednesday with two counts of first-degree property damage in St. Charles. He was charged Friday with four counts of second-degree burglary, three counts of property damage, two counts of felony stealing (more than $500) and three counts of misdemeanor stealing in Wentzville. Maryland Heights Police arrested Kellerman Monday. A man stole at least 250 razor blade packages valued at $4,100 from three St. Charles County Walmart stores, police said. The packages contained at least 838 razor blades. The man was arrested in the Lake Saint Louis Walmart Friday as he attempted to steal more razor blades. Robert E. Ruch, 32, of the 5100 block of Waterman Blvd. in St. Louis, was charged Monday with three counts of felony theft and resisting arrest. A St. Charles Police report said Ruch stole 66 packages with five razor blades each and 82 packages with four razor blades each from the St. Charles Walmart, 2897 Veterans Memorial Parkway. A St. Charles County man was charged Monday with assaulting his wife at Wapelhorst Park in St. Charles and at the couple's home. Steven Boyer, 42, of the 2900 block of Trapper Trail Drive north of Wentzville, faces two counts of third-degree domestic assault. St. Charles Police said in a report that Boyer “grabbed, twisted and shoved” his wife Feb. 23 at Wapelhorst Park at 1875 Muegge Road. A St. Charles County prosecutor said in a complaint statement that Boyer grabbed his wife by the neck and “threw her around within the residence” April 30 at the couple’s home near Wentzville.
