White Castle Lovers Can Celebrate Valentine's Day in the 'Love Castle'
White Castle restaurant's popular Valentine's Day promotion is back for 2013.
Valentine's Day will be here before you know it and White Castle is urging slider-craving residents to make reservations early for its popular Valentine's Day dinner at local "Love Castle," including the Wentzville White Castle and the Lake Saint Louis White Castle. Restaurant staff promises that not only will love be in the air on Feb. 14 at White Castle, so will the aroma of the onion-grilled sliders that White Castle is known for. Valentine's Day dinner attendees will be treated to table-side service. The restaurant will feature themed decorations throughout. Foursquare, the popular social media check-in site, ranked the most romantic and least romantic cities in the U.S.
St. Louis is the fourth most romantic city in the U.S., according to Foursquare, the popular social media site. Foursquare works by letting users "check in," or upload their location, so others can see where they are. Based on 1.5 billion check-ins—especially to romantic places like wine bars and flower shops—Foursquare named 10 cities to be the most romantic, and St. Louis is one of them! Kiss for Free Food at Qdoba on Valentine's Day
Buy an entree, get another for nothing—if you kiss someone in line.
Customers at Qdoba restaurants can get free food on Tuesday, if they don't mind a little PDA. The nationwide chain is bringing back a Valentine's Day promotion that, according to spokeswoman Ashley Cohen, tens of thousands of customers took advantage of in 2011. Anyone who buys an entree can get another for free—once they kiss a fellow customer at the cash register. It doesn't matter (to Qdoba) who it is. Lake Saint Louis may not have its own Qdoba, but if residents don't mind kissing at a Qdoba in Wentzville or at the Dardenne Prairie Qudoba at 7863 Highway N they can still participate in the nationwide promotion. No coupon is necessary. (For the food, that is. If you have to use a coupon to get a kiss, that's your problem.)
