Holiday Night Lights in Wentzville Holiday Night Lights is open from Nov. 23 to Dec. 30. The park is open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until Dec. 9. Starting Dec. 13 the park is open daily through Dec. 30 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Cost is $8 per vehicle for up to 6 people. The cost is $1 additional for each extra person in a van, bus or limousine. From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 10, the park is open to walk through. The cost is $3 per person. Celebration of Lights in O'Fallon Celebration of Lights is a drive-through holiday light display in Fort Zumwalt Park in O'Fallon, which is designed and funded by local organizations, churches and businesses.
